From this section you will be able to modify your personal data, check the processing status of your order and control the status of your shipment. If you lose your access data.
Modification and cancellation of your account
You can modify your registration data at any moment, but only after entering your reserved area. You can also request the cancellation of your account after sending a request to our customer service.
Product availability
Everything you see at Matchlesslondon.com is in stock. By selecting the garment you prefer and entering its specific chart, you will see its characteristics. Each garment is made and sent in tailor-made boxes that are created to keep our products in perfect condition.
Purchase a product
To purchase a product, you will have to select it from the catalogue and add it to your “shopping cart ”. Now you can continue navigating in the site to choose other garments or carry out the payment. We want to remind that you can buy maximum 10 products per order. If you want to buy more products of the same type, modify the amount of the chosen products directly from your shopping bag. If the quantity you require is not available, a warning message will appear.
Complete an order
To complete an order, you will have to follow all the purchasing phases. After confirming the contents of your shopping cart, choose the payment method and continue. Please read the page payment and security below to know all the payment methods accepted by Matchlesslondon.com.
After successfully completing the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email that will also display your order in detail.
Shipping fees and delivery times
M Symbol ships exclusively from Italy (CET time zone) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Please consider two business days from purchasing time (not including weekends or holidays) for process your order. Processing time is required for review your order information and prepare it for shipping.
All products are subjected to availability, while we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time, where we run out of stock in an item. If there is an atypical delay on the processing time of your order, or if your order will be cancelled due to every type of problem, you will be contacted and get notice about that.
For orders associated to promotions with coupons/discount vouchers, shipping times may be increased up to 4 extra days.
Shipping Duties
Please mind that you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. For further information on custom duties in your country, please contact your local custom office.
Please mind that in some cases, prices could be already DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This will be displayed next to the shipping price.
Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date you receive the consignment (the working days are calculated from the proven date of delivery). The products must be returned undamaged and with the warranty band still attached to each garment.
Terms for correctly exercising the right to withdrawal
To be able to exercise your right to withdrawal you must respect these simple terms to enable receiving the refund for your purchase:
Your notification that you wish to return the products must be received by our Customer Care department within 14 working days at most from the date you received the delivery, otherwise your refund request will not be taken into consideration. The returned products must be sent in a single dispatch and, preferably, in their original packing. Product refunds will not be accepted if the products refer to the same order but are dispatched separately. The products must be returned complete and without any signs of having been used or damaged. The products must be returned with the warranty band intact. Therefore if you try a garment on, do not remove the warranty band because the returned products will not be accepted without.
Standard returns
If you would like to return your order using a carrier, other than the one recommended, you shall be held fully liable for the same, as well as the costs incurred.

Refusal to accept the returns by Matchless London
In the event the terms listed above are not respected, or if the returned products are damaged or have been used, Matchless reserves the right to refuse the return. In this case, you may decide to receive the purchased products back, but the dispatch costs will be your responsibility. You will not be able to refuse to accept the consignment.
Send your return from the country in which you placed the order. We will not accept the returns from the different countries.
Refund time
The full refund for the products will be made within 30 days at latest from the date the returns have been received. The time for the refund could vary depending on the payment method you used, to be precise:
Credit card: the technical time for receiving the refund depends on the bank that issued your card. The value credit date will be the same as the debit date. PayPal/Amazon/Srill Wallet: the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account and you will see it after a couple of days. PayPal will send you a notification of the refund. Bank Transfer: you must have a bank account to be able to receive the refund. Our Customer Care department will contact you to define the details for refunding you with the amount due.
