Matchless ships exclusively from Venice, Italy, Monday through Friday.
Please allow 2–4 business days from the time of purchase for order processing, which includes order verification, final product inspection, and packing for shipment.
Express delivery
Delivery in 1-3 working days from the shipping confirmation. Cost varies by destination country.
Is VAT included in the final price?
VAT is charged only on orders delivered within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, prices are shown ex-VAT and any local import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees are collected by the courier on delivery. These charges vary by country and order value and are the customer’s responsibility.
How do pre-orders work?
On our website, you can reserve selected items before they become available (pre-order). The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page; in many cases, delivery occurs sooner than the estimate. We will email you as soon as each item is shipped.
Returns & exchanges

Exchanges or returns can be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return policy
You can request a return for any item purchased on Matchless Online Store. The returned items must comply with following policy:
- They must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
- The products must be returned with the warranty band intact
- Should you wish to return an accessory or a pair of shoes, please return it in the original box containing the item's warranty band
- The package can only be shipped from the same country it was delivered to
- Less than 14 days have passed since the courier delivered the order
How to ship the return?
- Make sure the return complies with our Return policy
- Request your prepaid return label by email or from your account’s reserved area
- Pack the item(s) in the original order box or any sturdy carton box
- Place the return label on the box, covering any previous shipping labels
- Hand the parcel to the scheduled courier or drop it at an authorized courier point. Keep the receipt/tracking.
Can I use my own return service?
After we have confirmed your return request, you can send the item(s) to the following address:

Can I make an exchange for a different item?
Yes. First return the original item. Once your return is received and approved, email customercare.web@matchlesslondon.com to request an exchange for any item available on our website. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
How are refunds issued?
Once your return arrives at our Distribution Centre, it is reviewed within 3 business days to confirm it meets our Return Policy. If it does not, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and local banking procedures and may take additional business days.
Personal account & Product Care

Upon purchasing a garment from Matchlesslondon.com, you must create your personal account. You can do it by filling out the registration form: click here
Please enter your password to access the reserved area. At the end of the registration procedure, you will receive a confirmation email with all your access data.
In the reserved area you will be able to modify your personal data, check the processing status of your order and control the status of your shipment.
Is my data safe?
Matchless is committed to transparency and the protection of your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since 25 May 2018.
Under the GDPR, you may:
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time.
- Access your personal data and obtain information about its processing, including a copy.
- Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data or restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Obtain data portability, where technically feasible.
- Object to processing, including for direct marketing purposes.
- Lodge a complaint with a competent Supervisory Authority (e.g., the Italian Data Protection Authority).

Where are Matchless products manufactured?
We design our collections in Italy choosing top quality fabrics from UK and Italy. All of our garments are made in ITALY. All our manufacturing partners are well-established Italian companies that we have come to know very well, and that we visit regularly to control the quality of our products. We can say that they are efficient and well organized, where no child labour is employed and where working conditions are more than good.
General care
- Avoid contact with oils and alcohol-based products (e.g., perfumes, cosmetics, hand sanitizers). These can mark the material and cause permanent stains.
- For larger stains, clean the item promptly to prevent penetration into the fibres. Before cleaning, cover hardware and accessories (e.g., zip pullers) to avoid damage to the fabric or the accessories.
- Keep the item away from heavily textured or abrasive surfaces; they can snag threads and scratch areas of high wear and the edges.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct light, heat, or moisture.
- Do not over-pack or crease the item. Excess pressure and folds can permanently damage embroideries, prints, pearls, studs, real/faux fur, leather inserts, and other delicate parts.
- Periodically remove the item from storage and allow it to “breathe.”
How do I repair or restore an item?
“Matchless Forever” is our official care, repair and restoration service for Matchless garments—of any age. Done in our lab in Italy by our artisans using original materials and our signature beeswax finishing, the program preserves each piece’s structure, patina and value.
Typical interventions include leather re-conditioning and re-waxing, seam re-stitching, panel or trim replacement, zip/hardware replacement, re-lining, and minor fit adjustments. All work is documented and performed to maintain the item’s authenticity.
How to start: email photos and (if available) the style/serial details to customercare.web@matchlesslondon.com. We will assess the item, confirm feasible work, and provide an estimate and shipping instructions. Turnaround depends on the scope of the restoration.
