Designed for the most extreme conditions, the M47 Tank Jacket is the most rugged garment in the Matchless line. Handcrafted in Italy from fine shearling and reinforced with Matchless leather, it acquires a patina that makes it suitable for all seasons and a natural water resistance thanks to its characteristic beeswax finish. The external cargo pockets, the multi-purpose zip pocket on the sleeve and the adjustable waist belt recall the military tank jackets of the 1940s, while a series of hidden internal compartments keep valuables safe and tidy. The deep shearling collar, the wool inner lining and the bellows zip cuffs retain heat when temperatures drop.
